Aristizabal Escobero Handover Check is an Android app. It does not decide claims; the builder or seller answers each one.

Room by room on a bright day; mark small defects with removable tape.

The room, what is wrong, its kind and severity, the date and up to four photos.

Keep the dates
One year for finishes and vital lines, ten for the structure, from the handover.

Claim in writing
One letter in Spanish to the builder; the visit within 5 business days, then the written answer.
