If the answer does not come
Before going to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) or a judge, the consumer must have claimed directly to the builder or seller (Ley 1480 de 2011, art. 58 num. 5).
A claim for the warranty is filed within the year after the warranty term ends, and it must show that the claim was made while the warranty was in force (art. 58 num. 3).
Keep the letter, the receipt and the date of the visit.
